سياسة خصوصية تطبيق TeachFlow

TeachFlow تطبيق للمعلم داخل الفصل. تشرح هذه الصفحة ما يحفظه التطبيق، وأين يُحفظ، ومن يصل إليه. باختصار: بياناتك وبيانات طلابك تبقى على جهازك وفي حساب iCloud الخاص بك، ولا تصل إلينا.
ما يحفظه التطبيق
يحفظ التطبيق ما تدخله أنت فقط:
- الفصول والطلاب: أسماء الطلاب وصورهم إن أضفتها، والمجموعات، والحضور.
- سجل الحصة: المشاركات والإجابات والنقاط والسلوك، والمستوى المحسوب منها.
- بنوك الأسئلة والاختبارات التي تكتبها أو تستوردها.
- ملفك كمعلم: اسمك واسم مدرستك وشعارها وتوقيعك، لتظهر في التقارير والشهادات.
- إعداداتك، مثل النقاط والسلوكيات وشكل التقارير.
لا يطلب التطبيق إنشاء حساب ولا تسجيل دخول، ولا يسألك عن بريدك أو رقم هاتفك.
أين تُحفظ
- على جهازك أولًا. يعمل التطبيق بلا إنترنت، وكل ما تدخله يُحفظ على جهازك.
- في iCloud الخاص بك إن فعّلت المزامنة. يستخدم التطبيق قاعدة البيانات الخاصة في حساب iCloud الخاص بك لمزامنة أجهزتك. تديرها Apple، ولا نستطيع نحن الوصول إليها.
- لا خوادم لنا. لا يرسل التطبيق بياناتك ولا بيانات طلابك إلى أي خادم يخصنا أو يخص طرفًا آخر.
الكاميرا والصور والملفات
- الكاميرا: حين تصوّر صفحة أسئلة أو صورة طالب. قراءة النص من الصورة وإزالة خلفية صورة الطالب تتمّان على جهازك، ولا تُرفع الصورة الأصلية.
- الصور: تختار صورة بنفسك من مكتبة صورك، فيصل التطبيق إلى الصورة التي اخترتها فقط.
- الملفات: حين تستورد قائمة طلاب أو بنك أسئلة، يقرأ التطبيق الملف الذي اخترته فقط.
المشاركة
لا يخرج شيء من التطبيق إلا حين تشاركه أنت: تقرير أو اختبار أو شهادة بصيغة PDF أو صورة، أو بنك أسئلة ترسله لزميل. تختار أنت الوجهة، مثل الطباعة أو AirDrop أو واتساب.
الاشتراك
اشتراك بريميوم اختياري، وتديره Apple بالكامل عبر App Store. لا نرى بيانات الدفع. ولكي لا تتكرر الفترة التجريبية المجانية، يحفظ التطبيق في حساب iCloud الخاص بك تاريخ استخدامها. لإدارة اشتراكك أو إلغائه: الإعدادات على جهازك، ثم اسمك، ثم الاشتراكات.
ما لا يفعله التطبيق
- لا إعلانات، ولا تتبع لك عبر التطبيقات والمواقع الأخرى.
- لا أدوات تحليل ولا مكتبات من أطراف أخرى تجمع بيانات.
- لا نبيع بيانات أحد، ولا نشاركها.
إن وافقت في إعدادات جهازك على مشاركة بيانات التحليل مع المطورين، قد ترسل لنا Apple تقارير أعطال مجهولة الهوية لنصلح المشكلات.
بيانات الطلاب
التطبيق للمعلم وحده، ولا يستخدمه الطلاب ولا يحتاجون إلى حسابات. بيانات طلابك يدخلها المعلم، وتبقى على جهازه وفي حساب iCloud الخاص به. ننصحك باتباع سياسة مدرستك في إضافة صور الطلاب.
حذف البيانات
- احذف طالبًا أو فصلًا أو بنكًا من داخل التطبيق.
- حذف التطبيق يحذف ما على جهازك.
- لحذف نسخة iCloud: الإعدادات، ثم اسمك، ثم iCloud، ثم إدارة التخزين، ثم TeachFlow.
- إن بدّلت حساب iCloud على جهازك، يحفظ التطبيق بيانات كل حساب منفصلة، ويمكنك حذف بيانات الحساب الآخر من إعدادات التطبيق.
نسخة التجربة
إن جرّبت التطبيق قبل إطلاقه عبر TestFlight، تشاركنا Apple ما ترسله لنا بنفسك من ملاحظات ولقطات شاشة وتقارير أعطال، والبريد الذي دُعيت به. نستخدمها لتحسين التطبيق فقط.

TeachFlow App Privacy Policy
For the TeachFlow app on iPhone and iPad. Last updated: September 28, 2026.
TeachFlow is a classroom app for teachers. This page explains what the app stores, where it is stored, and who can access it. In short: your data and your students’ data stay on your device and in your own iCloud account. They never reach us.
What the app stores
The app stores only what you enter:
- Classes and students: student names, photos if you add them, groups, and attendance.
- Class records: participation, answers, points, behavior, and the levels calculated from them.
- Question banks and tests you write or import.
- Your teacher profile: your name, school name, school logo, and signature, shown on reports and certificates.
- Your settings, such as points, behaviors, and report layout.
The app does not require an account or sign-in, and does not ask for your email or phone number.
Where it is stored
- On your device first. The app works offline, and everything you enter is saved on your device.
- In your iCloud, if you turn on sync. The app uses the private database in your own iCloud account to sync your devices. Apple manages it, and we cannot access it.
- No servers of ours. The app does not send your data or your students’ data to any server run by us or by anyone else.
Camera, photos, and files
- Camera: used when you photograph a page of questions or a student. Reading text from the image and removing the background of a student photo happen on your device. The original image is not uploaded.
- Photos: you pick a photo from your library, and the app gets only the photo you picked.
- Files: when you import a student list or a question bank, the app reads only the file you chose.
Sharing
Nothing leaves the app unless you share it: a report, test, or certificate as a PDF or image, or a question bank you send to a colleague. You choose where it goes, such as printing, AirDrop, or WhatsApp.
Subscription
Premium is optional and fully managed by Apple through the App Store. We never see payment details. So the free trial is used only once, the app saves the date you used it in your own iCloud account. To manage or cancel your subscription: Settings on your device, then your name, then Subscriptions.
What the app does not do
- No ads, and no tracking across other apps and websites.
- No analytics tools and no third-party libraries that collect data.
- We do not sell or share anyone’s data.
If you allow sharing analytics with app developers in your device settings, Apple may send us anonymous crash reports so we can fix problems.
Student data
The app is for teachers only. Students do not use it and do not need accounts. Student data is entered by the teacher and stays on the teacher’s device and in the teacher’s own iCloud account. Please follow your school’s policy when adding student photos.
Deleting data
- Delete a student, class, or bank inside the app.
- Deleting the app deletes what is on your device.
- To delete the iCloud copy: Settings, then your name, then iCloud, then Manage Storage, then TeachFlow.
- If you switch iCloud accounts on your device, the app keeps each account’s data separate, and you can delete the other account’s data in the app’s settings.
Beta version
If you test the app before launch through TestFlight, Apple shares with us the feedback, screenshots, and crash reports you choose to send, and the email you were invited with. We use them only to improve the app.
